Only that if they took positions contrary to the dominant norm, they would no longer write their editorials. The rule is not absolute, certainly; to myself it happens me that they publish me in the North American press, United States is not neither a totalitarian country. But anyone that doesn't satisfy certain minimum demands doesn't have opportunity some of reaching commentator's level with own house.   
  
It is on the other hand one of the big differences between the system of propaganda of a totalitarian State and the way of proceeding in the democratic societies. Exaggerating a little, in the totalitarian countries, the State decides the line that should be continued and then all should be adjusted to this. The democratic societies operate otherwise. The " line " is never enunciated as such, on he/she understands. You proceeds, somehow, to the laundry of brains in freedom". AND even the passionate debates in the big means are located in the mark of the spoilt implicit parameters, which have in their margins numerous contrary points of view.   
  
The system of control of the democratic societies is very effective; it instills the line guideline like the air that he/she breathes. One neither he/she notices, and he/she sometimes imagines to be in front of a particularly vigorous debate. In the bottom, it is much more rendidor that the totalitarian systems.   
  
Let us take the case of Germany for example at the beginning of the years 30. We have tendency to forget it, but it was then the most advanced country in Europe, it was to the head as regards art, of sciences, of technical, of literature, of philosophy. Then, in very little time there was a complete setback, and Germany became the most murderous State, the most terrible in the human history.   
  
Everything that was carried out distilling fear: of the Bolsheviks, of the Jews, of the North Americans, of the gypsies, in synthesis, of all those that, according to the Nazi, they threatened the heart of the European civilization, that is to say the direct heirs of the Greek civilization". in any event it was what the philosopher wrote Martin Heidegger in 1935. Let us don't forget how it is always imposed an ideology. To dominate, the violence is not enough, a justification of another nature is needed. When the violence of State is not enough   
  
In the years 30, the rules of the Nazi propaganda consisted, for example, in choosing simple words, to repeat them without rest, and to associate them to emotions, feelings, fears. When Hitler invaded the Sudetes (in 1938), it was invoking the noblest and charitable objectives, the necessity of a humanitarian intervention to impede the ethnic cleaning suffered by the germanófonos and to allow that all could live under the wing protector of Germany, with the support of the power of more advanced of the world in the field of the arts and of the culture.   
  
As regards propaganda, if in certain way anything has changed from Athens, there has been at least quantity of improvements. They veered, because, toward the technologies of the factory of the consent". The industry of the public relationships takes place, in literal sense, consent, acceptance, submission. It controls the ideas, the thoughts, the spirits. In relation to the totalitarianism it is a great progress: it is much more pleasant to suffer a publicity that to be in a room of tortures.   
  
In United States the freedom of speech is protected until a degree that I find unknown in any country of the world. It is very recent. In the years 1960 the Supreme Court raised the very high bar by word of mouth as regards respect of the freedom, what expressed, according to my opinion, an established fundamental principle from the XVIII century for the values of the Illustration. The position of the Court was that the word was free, having for only limitation the participation in a criminal act. If, for example, when I enter to a store to rob her, one of my accomplices has a he/she arms and I tell him it Shoots!, that end is not protected by the Constitution. Apart from this, the reason should be particularly serious so that the freedom of speech is questioned. The Supreme Court reaffirmed this principle in favor of the Ku Klux Klan.   
  
In France, in the United Kingdom and I find that in the rest of Europe, the freedom of speech is defined in a more restrictive way. For me, the essential question is: is the State entitled the of determining what the historical truth is and the one of punishing who moves away from her? The French intellectuals find difficult to admit that that it is their inclination. However, in the rejection of an approach they should not have this way exceptions. Hitler and Stalin even admitted the freedom of speech of those that shared their point of view…   
  
I add that there is something that worries and even scandalous in discussing these topics two centuries after Voltaire who, like one knows, he/she declared: " I would defend my opinions until the death, but he/she would give my life so that you could defend his. " To adopt one of the fundamental doctrines of their executioners, it is to do a sad favor to the memory of the victims of the holocaust.   
  
In one of their books, you commented the sentence of Milton Friedman: "To produce earnings is the same essence of the democracy"…   
  
To tell the truth, the two things are in such a contrary way that there is not even possible comment… The purpose of the democracy is that people can decide her own life and to make the political elections that concern him. The realization of earnings is a pathology of our societies, embedded to structures matters. In a decent society, ethics, this concern for the gain would be marginal. Let us take my university department (in the Technical Institute of Massachussets MIT): some scientists work five pesetas to make a lot of money, but they are considered a little as marginal, perturbed people, almost pathological cases. The spirit that encourages to the academic community is rather the one of trying to make discoveries for intellectual interest but also for the well-being of all.

One can observe the contrast among some and other because in the same moment, he/she takes place in Davos, the World Economic Forum that works for the planetary economic integration, but in the only interest of the financiers, of the banks and of the pension funds. Powers that also control the media. It is their conception of the global integration, but to the service of the investors. The dominant means consider that this integration is somehow the only one that deserves, the official denomination of globalization.   
  
There is a good example of the operation of the ideological propaganda here in the democratic societies. It is effective to such an extent that even the participants in the Forum Social World cup sometimes accept the bitchy epithet of anti wolrd". In I Behave Cheerful, I intervened in the mark of the Forum, and I participated in the World Conference of the Peasants. Them alone they represent most of the population of the planet…   
  
To you he/she is located in the category of the anarchists or of the liberal socialists. In the democracy just as you does conceive it, which would the place of the State be?   
  
We live in this world, not in an imaginary universe. In this world tyrannical institutions exist, those they are the big companies. It is what there is nearer to the totalitarian institutions. These don't have, to tell it so to surrender him you count the public, to the society; they act to the depredador way whose preys would be other companies. To defend of them, the populations only have an instrument: the State. Now then, this it is not a very effective shield, because, in general, it is closely bound to the predators. The soviets?

There is not "fixed anarchist principles, a luck of liberal catechism to the fidelity should be lent. The anarchism, at least as me I understand it, it is a movement of the thought and of the human action that looks for to identify the structures of authority and of dominance, to request them that they are justified and, since they are unable, what happens frequently, to try to overcome them.   
  
Far from being had sunken the anarchism, the liberal thought, it is flourishing. It is in the source of numerous real progresses. Forms of oppression and of injustice that you/they were recognized hardly, and they less even combatted, they are no longer admitted. It is an achievement, an advance for the group of the mankind, not a failure.

Surviving in Los Andes

She interviews made in Hebrew Weekly publication by Ana Jerozolimski  
  
Few months ago, in the mark of the weekly information that different institutions of the collective make us arrive for the section Window open to our collective", the Integral School included one that interested us especially: it had organized an encounter with Carlos Paez, in which counted the students about the tragedy of you Walk them.  
  
We decide to contact him immediately, with the help of Yael, Secretary of the Managing Eduardo Tornaría. Carlos accepted immediately to grant us the interview that for technical reasons, it should be carried out by mail electronic. Their regular trips delayed it until today. Although of that conference in the Integral one already spent a time, the topic doesn't leave of being of interest and for that reason we publish it today.  
  
P: Carlos, above all I thank you to have accepted to grant me this interview. The idea arose when finding out for the Integral School that you/they had had an activity with you in whose mark spoke the boys. That was not the first time that you meet with students, with young in general, truth?  
  
R: In fact, yes I gave conferences for young and I should admit that they are those that but I like then it is incredible as they react and the passion that he/she wakes up in them. I believe firmly that they are identified then in definitive it is young people's history.   
  
P: How do the boys react? I suppose that some should believe that they are speaking with an almost historical figure, for the dimension of what you lived.  
  
R: I believe that if ,me comes as somebody of the history, until many times they doubt that it is our true history, many think that it was fruit of the imagination of somebody in Hollywood   
  
P: How was your encounter in the Integral School? With what impression did you leave?  
  
R: I left with an excellent impression. Many of them also sent me mails being what had seemed them, divine the small and super educated.  
  
The tragedy seen by Carlos Páez:  
On Friday October 13 1972 an Uruguayan airplane that took 45 passengers to Chile, of which many were students and players of a rugby team, you shatters in the Mountain range of you Walk them. Twelve died because of the fall, the survivors to this they had to support among other things to the terrible Mountain range, thirty degrees under zero during the nights and to the hunger.  
  
They tried to resist with the scarce nutritious reservations that possessed, waiting to be rescued, but their hope fell when finding out for a radio that had given way the search.  
  
Desperate in the face of the absence of foods and out their physical resistance, they were forced to feed of their dead partners to be able to continue living. Finally fed up with the low temperatures, the lowering avalanches, anguished by the continuous death of their partners and the slow wait of the rescue, two of the rugbiers decide to cross the immense mountains it stops this way to arrive in Chile.

P: Was there in this case of the Integral one or in other previous ones, do you ask that you were surprised you/they?  
  
R: A different question honestly never appears, along these thirty years the questions are always the same ones  
  
P: What is it in general that that more it interests the boys? Are there questions that repeat a lot?  
  
R: The questions like he/she told you they are always the same ones, if I am him afraid to the airplane for that we didn't make fire etc., they always repeat  
  
P: I suppose that it won't be easy to remember everything, but at the same time, maybe help to fight with the memory the accident in you Walk them, counting on the same one. Is it this way really, do that combination of difficulty and necessity to take out the things stop out?  
  
R: To my I don't find difficult to speak of the topic, it will be that he/she always speaks from the beginning to it, I assumed that it is a history that doesn't belong me to my but, it belongs to the world, me only the story and I make it with passion.  
  
P: Would you say that today, Carlos Páez is very different to what would have been without that accident? In other words: did that change you?  
  
R: I believe that the permanent thing in the human being is the change. I should accept that to my if I change myself and it stops well. I believe that I become somebody useful for the society ...antes of that I was a lowbred and capricious boy, a good one for anything. The history of you Walk them it woke up me, he/she made me give bill that the road was on the other hand.  
   
P: In Juan's book Raúl Ferreira, With the Homeland in the Valise is a sentence that I had left recorded -among many other - and that I have already mentioned inclusive in these pages in another occasion: "Does the pain hurt, but does he/she teach". What did he/she leave you that experience in the mountain range?  
  
R: I agree with Juan Raúl, because the pain hurts but he/she makes you grow, as I told you previously this history he/she made me to grow and to evolve it stops better.  
  
P: How was it your to fight personal with the situation in the one that you lived? Can you be of same vos in that time, 33 years ago, how were you?  
  
R: I believe that the humor in the personal thing helped me a lot in that situation., the optimism on the edge of the unconsciousness was very important to fight genetically with that situation and me I am optimistic and of very good sense of humor. I believe that that helps myself to my and the group.  
  
P: To be able to survive this way in a situation, is it only question of luck or of a special emotional integrity? Of physical strength neither I ask you because I give had sat down that he/she helps a lot. But the question is if in a situation this way, they leave to the human being forces that maybe neither he/she believed that he/she had.  
  
R: I believe that the luck is an important ingredient but the spiritual strength is it but and neither that to speak the group. This history or rather its result, was super thanks to a human group healthy mental and spiritually.  
  
P: Returning to the encounters with students, at different levels, I suppose that in different parts of the country. I am sure that emblems a lot to them, teachings of life, I eat up they commented in the Integral one. But would you say that they also leave you?  
  
R: Neither that to speak that to my they leave me a lot, I learn much of their capacity of astonishment that I eat your you will understand the I have well weakened. Finally I count you that I sit down a great pride and a great happiness that God me of the opportunity of sharing my history with thousands and people's thousands and especially with young boys that are without place to even doubts of those that we live this extraordinary history.  
  
Carlos remembers:  
In the world they take place 100.000 strong storms annually. 10.000 floods or strong grown. Thousands of slips of lands. More than 100 destructive earthquakes. Hundred of forest fires. Several dozens of hurricanes, hurricanes, typhoons and tornados, volcanic eruptions and periods of drought. But only an airplane smashed once, 30 years ago, in the mountain range of you Walk Them allowing us God to a group of Uruguayans, to survive for, - paraphrasing the great Austrian poet Rilke–to demonstrate that the love of a human being for another is perhaps for each one of us the most difficult test, the highest testimony of ourselves; the supreme work of which all the other ones are only preparations."

The Varixes

When Renzo is able to obtain all the actions of the company, it plans the market strategies that so much had thought, developing its product like the philosophy of the mark, taking advantage to the denim at the a hundred for a hundred still in the gangplanks, and also, proposing it as the only contemporary garment that symbolizes freedom, comfort and nimbleness.  
  
In the last decade, the creative ones and merchants of the Italian mark have rushed to several parallel business: country, eyeglasseses, jewels, shoes, among others. Starting from this, he/she became fashion in Hollywood, dressing big personalities like Diana Vreeland, Audrey Heoburn or Paley Dribble.  
  
In 1967 he/she decided to sell their company, for which still works and according to the own Valentino it doesn't change anything working for a company that doesn't belong to him, because it continues making what wants. Some of the prebends that received for this act was a Rolls-Royce and a white letter Cartier.

Nostradamus

Nostradamus, a skilled doctor fascinated by the ocultism, took a risk to the anger from the Catholic Church when predicting 20 centuries of history. Was a visionary one or is their legendary accuracy hardly a durable myth?

William Shakespeare

Their literary legacy is perhaps the richest in the world: 37 plays, 154 sonnets, two narrative poems and versed varoes. But two of these works are only irrefutably authentic; there are not letters or newspapers that you/they reveal their personal feelings; of their fist and letter only exists a variety of scrabbled signatures and 147 lines of a scene for a work in collaboration, written toward the year 1595 but suppressed by the censors. Their complete works were only published seven years after their death, in 1616, and some erudites don't still accept that all they have been written by him. Who was Shakespeare?

The works of William Shakespeare is so solid and durable that with the time, it has been doubted that they come from a single person, especially somebody with so little formation as an unknown actor of Stratford. With their intricate plots and unforgettable characters, the celebrated works explore the human emotions in all their depth and they reveal the knowledge that had the author it has more than enough history, literature, philosophy, right and even court label. Where did he/she learn this campirano, relegated by the society, the form in that the aristocrats and the lawyers spoke? Is it possible that the actor lent his name to an important and learned official that wanted to maintain the responsibility of his works secretly? In 1781, an English clergyman Ilamado J. Although lord Derby was interested a lot in the theater and he/she wrote some works, he/she fits to make notice that he/she lived 26 years more than Shakespeare and in that lapse more works shakesperianas were not published. In what concerns to lord Rutland, this was hardly 16 years of age old in 1592, year in that at least three works of Shakespeare had already been written and produced.
