Your mother knows on sex

Through a series of interviews carried out with adolescents of both sexes of the Federal Capital - and with some of your mothers -, the investigators settled down that although 100% of the adolescents said to know the preservative, 88% only said that you also knew the birth control pills, 10% less than the mothers who affirm to know them in 98%.

To the diaphragm, they say in the studio, they know it 88% of the mothers, while less than half of your children they know about your existence.

In a same way 68% of the mature ones affirmed to know the existence of the emergency birth control pill (the "pill of the day later" while 48% of your children only said to know it.

Besides knowing the simple existence of a method, the mothers also know a little better the drop effectiveness of certain practices very used by the adolescents that, in your ignorance, they value them as very actual.

The mothers distrust about the effectiveness of the method of the dates in 72% and of the coitus interruptus (ejaculation outside of the vagina) in 70%.

In countervalue, 36% of the males and 28% of the girls only consider insecure to the ejaculation outside of the vagina or the method of calculating the dates (20 and 28 percent), while the 16 and 20%, respectively, they suppose that you are "not very actual" to take birth-control chips.

Mothers and children agree that to choose not to have sexual relationships is a not very probable alternative: 8% of the girls and 4% of the males only said that they would save abstinence to avoid the pregnancy. The mothers would propose it a little more: in 10%.
