Food good for oral health

There are a number of foods that can help fight dental plaque and strengthening gums. Pepper, for example, stimulates production of saliva, which neutralizes the acid mouth and facilitates cleaning of the teeth. The apple contains fibers that sweep the bacteria in dental plaque.

Moreover, as a means to eat fruit in the effort to chew, is working on the gums and stimulates blood circulation. The carrot, in turn, creates a protective effect against cancer of the mouth. That contains beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A in the body, producing a beneficial effect on mucous membranes.

It can also help maintain healthy teeth consumption of yogurt, which is rich in calcium.
