Why are dark circles?

The dark circles are a greyish pigmentation in the lower eyelids, and sometimes in excess.

Can produce stress, fatigue, sleep little and evil, but in most cases are genetic, tend to be hereditary.
To be that these areas are very transparent.
Are hidden with top-right fade dark circles.
