Uses calendula flower treatment

Calendula has a great variety of active ingredients allowing their use for different purposes. Among its properties are the most widely used anti-inflammatory action and its healing capacity. For the treatment of gastritis, ulcers, headaches and dismenorreas be administered in the form of tea. Wounds, skin ulcers, nappy rash, eczema and lesions bucofaríngeas find relief with the flushing of calendula.

Cosmetic creams or gels are used to reduce wrinkles, acne scars and youth. The infusion is prepared by adding boiling water on the grass, let stand 5 minutes, strain and drink 2 or 3 cups per day. Another way to manage it is by using 30 drops of the mother tincture dissolved in water 2 or 3 times a day. This plant has no contraindications or side effects, but avoid eating during pregnancy and lactation.
