At its center, put a cooker with water, which add 3 drops of rosemary oil, 3 drops of oil of cinnamon, 1 candle purple and one orange. You can also use garments and objects of these colors, to optimize the outcome, because they are very energizing.
Enters the circle you've drawn, turn the cooker and candles.
Standing in the heart, with your arms out to shoulder height, palms upward, conducted a prayer intended for yourself, invoking force into your body. Concentrate on what you're asking.
Then performs six deep breaths, and when aspires air carries the palms of your hands to your chest, exhale and when, opens his arms out to shoulder height with palms facing up.
