Cavernous angioma

Are rare and are present from birth. May be unique or be accompanied by tuberosos angiomas. Are located mainly in the head and torso but can appear anywhere on the body.

The lesions are red and blue are placed deeply, at times, may be covered with healthy skin. These angiomas show a benign evolution, and since its involution is slower than in the angiomas tuberous, often require surgical treatment to correct residual injuries, the type of skin atrophy or discarded.
