Problems by taking little water

What is the problem of taking little water?
By taking little water dehydrates the skin occurs, dryness and wrinkles appear.

The ideal is to take 2 liters per day and always keep the humidity level needed by the skin. Water regulates body functions, treated and reaffirms the tissues.

We must not forget that the body eliminates water in the urine, in sweat, in perspiration. These leaks should be replaced by ingesting water required.
