Insomnia during pregnancy

EVERY NIGHT, AN ANTI-INSOMNIA
In the last trimester of pregnancy is not easy to sleep, much less sleep "a loose-footed." The baby still does not know to sleep at a stretch and may be moved without stopping at any hour of the night.

One of the most effective measures to invoke the dream, at bedtime, is to give a quiet walk outdoors. The glass of warm milk and a pleasant bath with natural essences also give good results.

If after a break, slope back to sleep, there is no choice but to remain calm. The night offers a fantastic opportunity to relax or converse with the future baby. We must not squandered.
