Exercise without going to the gym

Walking an hour a day, a slight step to make us sweat (5 or 6 miles per hour) and breathing deeply and regularly.

Pedaling the bike for half an hour every two days (at home or outdoors) at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour. Give a strong pedals for ten minutes and reduce for five, without stopping.

Running 20 minutes every other day. Needless to run out of breath, but do not stop. To rest is still walking at a brisk pace. It should not be practicing if there are problems in joints or hips.

Dance one hour every two days. Serve any kind of dance.

Gymnastics half hour to an hour every day or two days. Between each set of exercises relax your arms and legs jolt.

Swim three times a week for 20 minutes. Are traveled 25 meters, was rested for 45 seconds and then swim another 25 meters.
