How to educate their children?

Educating girls ... educating boys
Do the girls should be like "the Susanita" Quino who dreams of marriage, children and soap operas? Will the babies be strong, tough and successful as a gallant fashion in movies or TV? Should boys be just tender and demonstrative? Will babies be the only strong and bold?

The current education seem to suggest that each one can prove who he is and what it is. The idea that it is at this point has to do with everyone, male or female, can develop all aspects of his personality.
Is it appropriate for a boy to play with a baby doll or a ball?

Answer these questions involves how to respond "to achieve a proper sexual identification of the children." That is, that boys are boys and girls girls. No part of the overstatement, of the almost caricature of what is traditionally said to be men and women, which ensures a sexual identification.

To ensure this identification is not going to allow certain games and prohibit others. Obviously things are more subtle and profound that the move to the definitions of sex.

The dreams with weddings and babies do not seem to ensure a comprehensive and correct identification with the feminine. Sports and rude expressions of force nor assured in men. Endless preconceptions of this kind has guided education and has not solved anything.

It is clear that being male or being a woman things are more complex than the caricatures of male and female. When it comes to educating, the son and daughter received a message that transcends caricature. This message that parents are giving emit the total identity of the child. At the time of educating will have to do so without fear, responsibly. Without forgetting that fear is the worst legacy we can give to our children.
