New alternative - therapy with virus

The new alternative to antibiotics is cured with the virus.

Georgian experts from the center found, on the other hand, how a biodegradable polymer impregnated with bacteriophages and the antibiotic ciprofloxacin was curing wounds infected by bacteria resistant to antibiotics.

This and other experiments carried out by various scientists, which have obtained similar results, have made in the West to reconsider a return to practices of the fagoterapia as an alternative to the disturbing emergence of bacterial resistance to antibiotics.
