Mysterious Explosion Transforms to Comet into the Blue New Sun

Mysterious explosion transforms to comet into the Blue new sun of our planetary system
With astonishment, the scientists from all over the world observe to the comet "Holmes" that for an unexplained phenomenon, he/she had an extraneous explosion that transformed it in less than 24 hours into an intensely luminous body and in the biggest object in the Solar System. Nobody can explain with what a surety it happened, and some began to discard that it has been a "natural" fact.

We have been devoted to the astronomical observation during so many years without we have seen a similar phenomenon. This is really very strange." Starting from October 24, in our solar system, the cyclic comet "Holmes" 17P, suddenly, he/she became more luminous a million times that before. After observing during several days the comet "Holmes", Zhu Jin, director of the Planetarium of Beijing, described as "mysterious" that phenomenon.

Holmes is a comet of short cycle. Its adjournment around the Sun only needs 6,88 years. The comet, very dark before, it could not be done with telescope by no means at first sight. It could only be photographed with special team after being exposed under the light during long time.

The brightness of this petty comet increased suddenly of class 17 to class 2,5 visible at first sight, multiplying a million times, in a magnitude of increase of 14 classes and, also, the brilliance goes in increase.

"But in the comets, he/she never before took place a similar phenomenon, that is to say, an increase of brightness in a million times, thing never before heard neither observed by us", Zhu Jin said.

Currently, the comet Holmes is located in Perseus. Holmes moves in the space from the northeast to the west from the evening to arrive to the west before the dawn. They are quite good the current observation conditions. The whole night he/she can observe it at first sight. But, these days are time of full moon and the observation is something affected by the influence of the light of the moon. Therefore, it will be better to observe it with binocular telescopes.

"Holmes" now is the biggest body in the Solar System

Yes, it is that same. The Sun lost the seat of bigger object of the Solar System. How did another star invade our system? Who assumed the seat it was a comet.

The comet Holmes that raised their brilliance to almost 1 million times in 24 hours the day October 24, it became the biggest object in our Solar System, in accordance with the last measures of a group of astronomers led by Rachel Stevenson. They used a telescope Franco-Canadian-Hawaiian, of 3.4 meters and localized in the high of the volcano Mauna Kea, in Hawaii, to obtain a comet image and with that to try to measure the diameter. They reached the conclusion that the ball of gas and material that it wraps the comet are already lightly bigger that the Sun.

Recapitulating, the comet Holmes jumped of magnitude 17 for almost 2 in 24 hours hardly. That had already happened before with him and you speculates that in those twice owed happened book credit an explosion inside the core. That because the cores of the comets can be porous, with big galleries and tunnels that jump sometimes, exposing volatile material protected by the higher layers.

That material reheats and it exploits the remainder of the ice wrapped in him. It seems that it was that what happened with Holmes. The features of the two explosions indicate that the core possesses a sátelite that you collides with the core, launching the destructions for the space.

But that is only theory, a picture recently arrival seems to deny it. It was obtained by Hubble the day November 4 and it shows the core of the comet. Although 12 days passed after the explosion, it is possible to still note some activity in the core, as the appearance of gas. Hubble was not able to define the core of the comet. And if the official hypothesis is discarded, what step with "Holmes?" No scientist dares to say it, but the possibilities that subtract could arrive until the alternative of the intervention of an intelligent nonhuman force.
