Microwaves. general advice

Although the microwaves are incorporate to our culinary habits, you are never of more to remember some general rules for the cooking of the different types of foods.

1 - flesh
If you want them to him roasted, they should be arranged on a tray with grid so that they are not cooked in your own juice. If you don't have tray doradora, before roasting it, it can gild it in a pan.

2 - fishes
If you arrange a whole piece, you are very important to retire you the scales, because otherwise these will jump to the interior walls of the microwaves.

3 - soups and stews

4 - sauces

Other general advice
