10 tips for parents inexperienced

1 - Ask what the worry, it may seem insignificant and absurd. The pediatrician is the right person to resolve the doubts.

2 - Accept the help offered relatives, friends and neighbors. They can handle a few days of shopping, clothes withdraw from the dry cleaning or walk the dog.

3 - mutual aid. In particular, parents should take turns to meet the baby during the night.

4 - Have the point regalia newborn well in advance. It is advisable not to leave many things to the last moment.

5 - Do not shy away at the slightest symptoms. The most frequent in the newborn (hiccups, sneezing, coughing, regurgitation) are usually harmless.

6 - Read books and magazines. The more informed they are, the better may react to any unforeseen.

7 - Limiting the most visits, without remorse. It used the spare time to replenish energy.

8 - Forgetting for a time schedules and customs. The arrival of baby completely alter the family's routine.

9 - Share with our partner's concerns and worries. Talking about it helps dispel the fears.

10 - Be patient. The first six weeks were an adjustment period for both parents and the baby.
