Domestic violence

One of every 10 married women suffer the greater or lesser degree. According to the Women's Institute, between 1999 and 2005 killed 449 women in Spain as a result of domestic violence.

Many were brutally stabbed, run over, burned alive, or thrown descuartizadas vacuum, in many cases after endure

In fact in 2004 there were over 40,000 complaints of injuries and maltreatment in the family, but experts believe only 10% of reported assaults. From 2003 to 2004 arrests made by such crimes rose from 5,000 to 22,000.
