Positive effects of milk

The fermented milk products have positive effects on the immune system, especially in pregnant women, infants, adolescents and elderly.

Even the children of mothers who drink this milk have a lower risk of allergies. There are also studies showing that the fresh yogurt is more beneficial to our defenses that the pasteurized, some experts believe it has little influence or anything about the immune system.

On the other hand, food prebiotics. especially fermentable fiber and prebiotic, are interesting in the prevention of evils such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity, and are useful in controlling osteoporosis.
