How is leading a spy plane?

For remote control. At least in the case of models such as Rover, which the U.S. army is using in Iraq to examine potentially dangerous areas.

This mini-plane is launched by hand, like a toy model plane, and their flights can be automatic or controlled remotely.
It has two video cameras, another infrared, GPS and altimeter, and collects real-time images of any vehicle or suspicious activity within a radius of 10 kilometres. It is driven by a lithium-ion battery and reaches speeds of nearly 100 kilometres per hour.
