Bribery in antiquity

The sobornono is something today.
Despite the terrible consequences that entails in today's society, among the Assyrians was a totally common practice.

This is demonstrated by the archaeological remains found in an administrative centre of the thirteenth century BC.
It found 46 entries and an archive of the then minister of Interior, which included a list of the names of employees who accepted bribes.
Revolutionary right?
