Laughter takes away the stress - an alternative therapy

Stress is the great enemy contemporary Maya suffered in varying degrees throughout the world. Even children suffer the consequences. One of the alternative therapies that showed effectiveness in combating this scourge, is the laugh, which is nothing but laugh, laugh and laugh to disarm and defeat the locks emotional stress, lack of self esteem and insecurities.
