• The main commitment is to oneself, ie with the well-being and quality of life. Once we commit to our lives, commit themselves targets becomes simple, easy and natural.
• When one commits to a couple of stops to ask whether anyone else would be better than it is next and is dedicated solely to make the pair work. The same happens with projects. On taking a road, do everything we can to make it work and we forget about other possibilities. This, in short, is a compromise.
• It may happen that, in spite of ourselves and put all our effort into achieving certain goal, the roses do not go well or we realize midway that in fact we were wrong. The commitment to the goals does not become inflexible: we can always try something else, but if we put all our efforts are going to really try and learn that we have the inner strength to succeed in whatever.
• An important aspect to overcome obstacles that have been accumulated over time and pausing to torment us in the same place, is to reflect on what we learned about the success and failure, and find new words to talk to ourselves and the world at large.
• It is essential to work on developing the self: this is needed to learn to think positively, not compared with others, the gains to be extended from the smallest to the most ambitious and welcome as ever to deliver - try to speak less and do more, and accept that each person is responsible for their own lives.
