Benefits of alcohol in menopause

Drink moderately reduces cardiac risk.
For twelve years, a major study conducted in Germany based on 85,000 women found that moderate alcohol consumption reduces the risk of fatal cardiac disease. In fact, consuming between 1.5 and 29.9 grams of alcohol per day, get these benefits.

But the benefits increase even more when I consume this product is a menopausal woman, with one or more cardiovascular risk factors (such as high cholesterol or family history, for example). A news to lift the cups and toast. But in moderation.
