Silymarin against aging and look younger

The silymarin is the extract from the seeds of the plant Silybum marianum, also called "card tomorrow." It has been used for over 2,000 years. During the Middle Ages the seeds of milk thistle was used to treat diseases of the liver.

However, some years it was discovered that its high antioxidant power may strongly influence the fight against aging. The recommended dose is between 300 and 600 milligrams daily.
It has no contraindications. And it can be used freely to improve liver problems caused by excess alcohol and poor diet.
