Causes of aging


At the same age, some people look older than others. There are many habits that can lead us to look older. Then, the list of habits that make us older and we get younger.

Habits that lead to premature aging:

Smoking
• Premature aging of the skin.
• bronchitis and cancer.
• Low morale.
• Lowers the libido. Stress
• Arteriosclerosis.
• Myocardial infarction.
• looks tired and stiff.
• Skin opaque.

Alcohol
• Accelerates physical and mental deterioration.
• It affects vital organs, especially the liver.
• Composition of blood
• Cholesterol and the hemoglobin level may affect aging in men. In women, the amount of bilirubin in the blood and protein.

Habits that keep us young:

Exercises
• Reduces blood pressure and stroke risk.
• Increases lung capacity.
• Protects the bones against osteoporosis.
• Increases muscle mass and reduces fat.
• Improves the overall appearance. Sex
• Prevents the appearance of heart problems.
• Increases life expectancy.
• Improves the overall appearance.

Food
• A healthy diet and better integrate natural body, softens skin, erases wrinkles and dark circles, tones and prevents hair fall.
