Nice lively animals with beautiful smiles in their faces and delicate activities, the beginning of a world that it loved were only and it delighted boys and big during decades, a gender that had an only end in their beginnings: to entertain.
Go idea that of the father of the animation Emile Cohl who took that art with the limited means of the time (neither color neither sound), until the limits of the comicality and aesthetics. Although some consider with contempt their entertainment character. But that magic world, from the nice mouse, the sweet gray elephant or the funny duck, (some of their main characters), it was no longer enough to satisfy the hours free of the spectators...
A world postmodern where new creative minds advanced in the item, he/she gave cause to the development of new characters, new worlds and a new gender: the lively series.
In spite of the fact that the old and dear lively characters have not been assigned the item of “pensioners”, they have been faced to other who, in their evolution, they have been forced to adapt to the current reality.
The market has not only conditioned changes in the new characters of lively series, but rather, like in the case of The Simpson, the same North American reality has motivated to that several producers, knowing about the “magic world” that was illustrated in its country, they rushed to create puppets that speak and they think different to those of before and they no longer represent to individuals or exemplary families: these new characters have been revealed against the values of the traditional comics (good and bad clearly differentiated).
Today they are more human and they paint the social reality of the place where they are created. Faithful at the times that run, they are also presented sceptical (unbelievers that doubt), violent many times and mainly, full with irony and with a sharp critic. The Simpsons is the best representatives in this tendency, since they are a clear example that the animations are not always exclusively infantile,
since in this case it is a ribbon for adults: a son whose only aspiration is to create conflicts; an arrogant daughter, know-it-all, with serious emotional problems; a wife with a mane of blue color of more than half meter of high and with such a cold blood that for more problems than him of their family, he/she never gets angry or it ends up being irritated; and as if it was little, an exceptional husband, uncultured and alcoholic vagrant! The only one that seems to survive is the small Maggie.
But the truth is that in the bottom, they love each other. They are the alive image of the family typical American taken to the extreme maxima.
Springfield is the town where the family lives Simpson and all those that surround it. A place where things not happen very normal, a microcosms full with humor and sarcasm.
Their creator, Matt Groening, chose the name of the place being based in that it is a name of very common city in the United States.
The certain thing is that this family comedy has not only wakened up the interest of the children, but also of the adults who have preferred to change the old drawings encouraged by images that combine the ugly thing and the tradition of expressing, to represent common beings and currents as anyone of us.
