Martial arts Muay Thai

For some it is a sport... For other a form of life...
That that yes we can say, it is that the Muay Thai like martial art is the most complete art in defense and attack, since it is allowed to defend and to attack with all the parts of the body.

For ésto it is that it is always said that the one that practices this sport has eight weapons: the elbows, the fists, the knees and the legs
(all they can be used to block y/o to hit the opponent).
Here they are allowed all the techniques of hands that are used in the boxing and the elbows can also be used so much to attack as to block.
The front, lateral, and circular kicks are allowed (which can be in any part of the body except the genital).
You can use the knee to hit the competitor in the whole body and the fight is allowed in clinch, this means that the sportsmen will be able to be stingy one of the other one and to be treated the allowed blows, provided the one grabs it is not bigger to the five seconds without he/she is projected a blow and that during this the competitors don't fall to the floor.
They are also allowed the projections to destabilize the opponent whenever they are not used technical of judo (to use the hip or to hook with the leg).
All who train the art of the Muay Thai, are beneficiaries in their physical condition due to the demand of the training, since to practice it, it is required of an acceptable physical condition as minimum, since the development of the techniques of the same art takes to that the person acquires a physical condition that allows him to make high kicks,
knee blows to the height of the opponent's head, among others.
It also generates physical resistance and dexterity for the defense and the development in the life, since the Muay Thai is, beyond a sport, a philosophy of life that he/she specifies that the practitioner is a person that always spreads to improve his personality and to live gets same and in society.
