Hidatidosis

The Hidatidosis is a parasitic illness that attacks our mascots. Although it is an important illness, we can help to prevent it.
The fundamental point is that it is transmitted of the carnivores (especially the dogs), to the human being.
The parasite responsible for this illness is denominated Equinococcus Granulosus and it is a parasite of the type he had, of very small mature size, since they usually measure between 2 and 7 mm.; and in this phase he/she lives in the thin intestine of the carnivore. The man and the livestock are affected in the same way, since individuals that the Hidatidosis suffers possess the form larvaria of this he/she had (cyst hidático) in some or several of their viscera (liver, lung, et5c.) and this is what produces the clinical sintomatología in most of the cases.
The list of the dog in this illness is decisive because of parasitado being, it is the responsible one of transmitting it by means of eggs of the mature parasite that go out to the exterior with its fecal matters. How does he/she take off the parasite of the dog?
When having digestive contact with the larva form.
This is possible only ingesting viscera with the cyst of the animals with parasites (it vacates, sheep, etc.); and the most usual form that this happens, it is to give them of eating these organs without before to have cooked them correctly.
Then, what we have to make to cut the cycle of the parasite and not to have to regret the illness is this way:
1 - to remove parasites to our dogs every three months in a routine way with the appropriate drugs that are sold in the veterinary ones.
2 - not to give them of eating any achura (viscera) raw or not well cooked our canine mascots.
3 - in the event of playing an unknown dog to the own one, then to be washed the hands correctly (especially before taking us foods to the mouth).
4 - the caution should also be taken of washing all the vegetables that are taken to the table well.
