Yoga exercises

We propose you two yoga exercises to get (as you indicate it the discipline), the physical and mental relaxation by means of the postures.

1 "Ardha-masyendrasana": firm column

Seated with legs you adjoin and enhanced, to arrange the right check under the left thigh, and the left foot above the right thigh and supported in the floor.
To turn the shoulder dercho until the left knee is under the left arm pit.
To extend the left arm until playing the fat finger of the foot.
To bend the left arm behind the shoulder until grabbing the waist of the pant.
To turn neck and head all the possible one.
The exercise is made d ecada side once, so much time as we feel comfortable.
You are good to release the column, to cure abdominal dysfunctions, lumbago and rheumatisms. You also give surety and stability.

1 "Dhanurasana": the energy increases

Extended face down in the floor with the arms throughout the body.
To bend the legs and to be played the ankles.
To lift the trunk at the time that we throw with the hands of the legs to elevate them the most high thing possible bending the shoulder.
You expires.
To stay this way the time that are possible while one breathes superficially.
The head should be on-line with the column, the chest toward out and the sunken stomach.
At the beginning, the legs can be separate, but with the practice it is convenient to adjoin them.
You are good exercise for the column and you stimulate the glands endócrinas, especially the thyroid.
You increase the mental speed and the energy of character.
