Diet that remove the anxiety

If you suffer of anxiety, very habitual problem nowadays more than anything to the stress and the daily pressure, we offer you a diet so that you don't only diminish your anxiety, but rather you also contribute to that don't increase of weight.

You are important to keep in mind that this diet should be supplemented with the following points: you eat slowly and in tiny mouthfuls, sit down when eating and relax you, if you want to select collations you are not problems, but control with the quantity.

Monday
Breakfast: soft infusion with milk and wheat bread with meager cheese.
½ tomorrow: an apple.
Lunch: broth with having saved peceto to the oven with beets to the cream light. Of dessert, a peach.
Snack: yogurt with cereals and juice of fruits.
½ late: dietetic gelatina.
You have dinner: soup of vegetables, tri-colored lunguini with broccoli to the vapor and of dessert dietetic ice cream, mallow tea.

Mars
Breakfast: infusion more soft oat with milk.
½ tomorrow: a pear.
Lunch: broth with germ and linen seeds, tuna sprouted with zapallitos and fried eggplants. Of dessert, a tangerine.
Snack: banana smoothie, toasted of wheat bread with meager cheese.
½ late: carrot ribbons.
You have dinner: bran broth, risotto with chicken, mushrooms, pepper and onion. Of dessert aspic of fruits and linden tea.

Wednesday
Breakfast: infusion with milk and wheat bread with meager cheese.
½ tomorrow: cereal bar.
Lunch: Milanese with green salad with seeds and germ. Of dessert, an orange.
Snack: milk with vanillas.
½ late: salad of fruits.
You have dinner: pumpkin soup, lasañas of vegetable with dietetic tomato sauce. Of dessert, a peach.

Thursday
Breakfast: yogurt with a spoonful of wheat germ, a spoonful of bran of oat and a spoonful of linen seeds.
½ tomorrow: 2 plums.
Lunch: soup of broccoli, salmon locket or fish with beets, dietetic Mouse with raspberry sauce.
Snack: infusion with milk, wheat bread with meager cheese, tomato and an olive.
½ late: dietetic gelatina.
You have dinner: sopa de legumbres, pilaf of rice and chickpeas with almonds and raisins, banana, tea of chamomile.

Friday
Breakfast: muslix with milk and juice of fruits.
½ tomorrow: yogurt.
Lunch: broth with bran, flesh to the oven with rúcula salad and avocado, Macedonian.
Snack: infusion with milk, wheat bread with cheese.
½ late: 10 dry fruits.
You have dinner: soup of leeks, moñitas with coulis of peppers, pineapple.

Saturday
Breakfast: coffee with milk, bran flakes with grated apple and 3 nuts, grapefruit juice.
½ tomorrow: bar of cereals.
Lunch: soup of vegetables, sándwich of you whistle integral with choclo, lettuce, tomato, watercress and cheese untable. Of dessert, dietetic custard.
Snack: soft infusion and wheat bread with meager cheese.
½ late: banana cocktail, strawberry, orange juice and wheat germ.
You have dinner: broth of vegetables, loin to the grill, tomato salad, cheese and basil. Of dessert, dietetic ice cream.

Domingo
Breakfast. Soft infusion with milk, bread of oat with cheese.
½ late: an orange.
Lunch: beet soup, fusilli with cabbages, tomato and almonds. Of dessert, a green apple.
Snack: yogurt with fruits.
½ late: a cereal bar.
You have dinner: soup of broccoli, chicken to the oven with watercress salad, avocado and grapefruit. Of dessert, gelatina light and tea of chamomile.
