Diet to burn fat

This diet works provided exercise is made 1 1/2 hrs approximately. daily. They should unite exercises aeróbicos for 20 minutes, and exercises with weights, and to alternate the parts to work per days. That is to say: thigh / pectoral - Wednesday and Friday, arm / dorsum - Tuesday and Thursday, abdomen - Saturdays.
Breakfast
1 cup of melon
1 sandwich of turkey breast with wheat bread
Lunch

1 cup of tuna in water
1 cup of lettuce and broccoli
Eat
2 cups of rice to the vapor (integral)
1 cup of cooked spinaches
300 grs. of flesh, chicken or fish
You have dinner
1 jitomate
1 carrot
1 cup of lettuce
1 gelatina
1 cup of jícama
To take 1.5 liters of water a day. To carry out this diet during 3 months.
