1 - starting position
- Sit down with the separate feet, aligned well with the hips and the column
right.
- You intertwine the fingers of the hands from behind of the head.
2 - exercise TO
- Lean until the left elbow relies on the left (or near the same one) knee.
- You breathe deeply and mantén the posture fifteen seconds.
- You return to the starting position and you repeat this exercise with the right elbow.
3 - exercise B
- You allow to fall backwards the right arm from behind.
- Tómate the right elbow with the left hand and bring near it smoothly toward the head.
- Stay this way fifteen seconds usually breathing and feeling how they stretch out the muscles.
- You repeat this exercise with the left arm.
