Leg of lamb with herbs

leg of lamb (1 1 / 2 to 2 K) - 1
lard - 50 grams
salt - 1 1 / 2 teaspoon
garlic clove chopped - 2
chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons
thyme, rosemary and paprika

Melt lard and salpimentar. Add garlic and chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary and pepper Mix well.
Spread this mixture, leg of lamb and arrange on a totally asadera. Bake in average temperature between 1 and 1 1 / 2 hour, until golden.

Recommendation
Perform cuts to the leg of lamb to penetrate the mixture of herbs.

Suggestion
Before baking leg cover with 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
