Fried cake

flour - 2 cups
salt - 1 1 / 2
teaspoon fat - 1 / 4
cup warm water - 1 / 2 cup
fat for frying

Mix flour and salt. Add fat and warm water. Knead and work the dough until it is soft. Train rolls and let rest. Stretch hand in round (10 to 15 cm in diameter).
