Healthy Diet for Children

If you do not eat a special diet required.
The diet of children should always be balanced, or do not exercise. The food with a lot of fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, vegetables and dairy products, is sufficient for daily activity.
The bottom line is not never miss breakfast: cereal, toast, jam, juice, milk, fruit.

Nothing run without trying bite in the morning, especially if what awaits them in the early hours are two hours of gym class.
