Exercise to eliminate sore shoulders

Shoulders sore. This is a simple exercise for a sore shoulder.

• Take a latch backs with both hands and with your elbows bent. Now, walk until you stretch your arms are completely straight and elbows are. Feel a slight tension in the shoulders. Stay in this position for 30 seconds.

If you find it difficult to perform or painful, seeks to treatment with one arm at every opportunity.
