How to eat less food

Have all the food you like at your fingertips greatly facilitated more than commas. Your first tactic should be to draw up a list of supermarket, buy only what is necessary and in exact amounts. If you do not buy anything that you like and you are wearing your house, do not eat later.

An interesting study showed that people bought more at the supermarket when I was hungry at that time, or had skipped lunch. So the best time to make your purchases would be after eating when you're completely satisfied.
