The welfare that produces the exercise

It seems that physical activity provides greater prosperity to the person who practices, this would be the reason why many people decide to initiate and maintain an exercise program.

As we have seen, it helps to get rid of stress and anxiety, but not all. but also makes us feel better ourselves, improving our self-esteem and our body image.

Well, now that we should be motivated only thing we got to do is to refuse sedentarism. If input costs us a lot, what is most appropriate that we begin by any activity that fits our lifestyle.

Remember that the best physical activity is one that we can incorporate into our daily lives and make it a habit. Today it seems that starting a program of physical activity is fairly easy, however the problem is to keep this program.

There are a number of good tips to help you achieve this:

■ If you choose a sports center, which is close to your work or home, where you feel comfortable. Try it first and it begins with an activity suitable for you. Discuss with your doctor the type of business you plan to do and get a checkup before you start it.
