10 Basic Rules of yoga

1 - Believe in yourself and in your mind.

2 - Take a comfortable position.

3 - Feel your chest in the pumping of the heart.

4 - If you do not get immediate positive results, do not lose confidence.

5 - Make your practice seriously. If you lose faith superficially, self-confidence and enthusiasm.

6 - Remember that you can do anything and all things that have been made by any Yogi or Santo in the history of mankind.

7 - Eviction of his mind melancholy.

8 - Want the welfare and happiness of all.

9 - Think and feel that the whole universe is in you and that you participate in it.

10 - Do not hurt others with his body, the words or the mind.
