The kiwi, very nutritious fruit

Until recently it was a true unknown, but recently has become one of the most consumed fruit. Its appearance should be especially welcomed by parents of children who refuse to citrus. Because, although its size is small (weighing about 88 g), provides more vitamin C than oranges (which has an approximate weight of 180 g).

The kiwi contains 74.5 mg while orange provides between 67 and 70 mg vitamin C, which is half kiwi a day is enough to cover the daily needs in children. It is also rich in vitamins A, Bi, B2 and B3, and potassium.
