How to eliminate stress in women

Okay think about your actions, your character and conflict. The problem is when you give too many turns to one thing and you obsessed with the "whys", the "corner" or "what if it had done another." Here, three keys to think about what just and necessary.

Check it in perspective: "If you are stressed with an obsessive thought, ask yourself: Will this matter in a year." So you can see what real importance in your life has this distressing situation.
