Solution to itchy skin and tired

The more dehydrated the skin more sensitive to irritation becomes. In addition, wool, warm and gender contribute to areas that appear irritated and itchy.
On the one hand, chose to wear soft materials like cotton.

On the other hand, avoid applying too much force with your moisturizer, massage and gentle movement is equally effective. Preferred products fragrance free, hypoallergenic and specially formulated for sensitive skin.

Also, look for products with green tea extract to soothe the itching and reduce redness. Another solution? Find a humidifier in your bedroom to add moisture to the air. If you continue to itch after a few days, it would be advisable to consult a dermatologist.
