Breathing Exercise: breasts and stomach

Focus attention on the breasts and stomach. Breathe deeply four times. Place hands on your hips and feet apart the width of your shoulders. All you can lean to the right and inhale.

Exhale when the air takes up the vertical position. Repeat this movement four times and then do the same on the left side. Finish with a deep breath. While resting, repeat inside: "My breasts are free of complications and my stomach, smooth and healthy."
