Focus on the arms, hands and lungs. Breathe deeply and exhale three times. Relax your arms, bend and move your fingers and wrists. Repeatedly swing your right arm forward and backward fairy, describing an arc, then the left.Finish by moving both arms forcefully back and forth ten times. Inhale when swaying forward and exhale when you bring back. Conclude with a deep breath while mentally repeat: "My lungs are full of fresh air and free of toxins. My arms are strong, my hands, agile and healthy."
