Breathing Exercise: circulatory problems

Take a deep seven times. Stand with legs apart the width of the shoulders and get tips on standing, inhaling. Exhale when your heels touch the floor. Repeat the exercise ten times.

Then jog in place counting to twenty. Finish with a deep breath to relax, while mentally repeat: "The blood flowing through my body revitalized. My legs hold me firm and erect, I am in balance."
