Breathing Exercise: Health kidney

Focus on the kidneys. Breathe deeply three times, exhaling slowly. Standing, keep your back straight and legs slightly apart. Bend your legs slightly and inhale.

Exhale when you upload. Repeat the exercise five times. Stand up, repeat on the inside, "my kidneys kept my body clean of impurities. I feel my body healthy and detoxified."
