Breathing exercises: intestines detoxify

Breathe deeply three times, and exhale slowly. You need a blanket, mat or carpet. Lie on the floor face down with arms extended forward. Now concentrate on your gut. Lift right leg slightly, inhale and lower exhaling.

Repeat five times and do the same with the left leg. Complete the procedure one minutes remaining face down, with heads and arms from side to side of the body while mentally repeat: "My intestines are free of toxins and regulate my body with precision."
