Humor therapy to improve social

The mood is very good in social situations. Makes communication more effective because it attracts public attention. It also reduces tensions and the distances that may hinder the exchange of information while it softens the negative impact of problematic messages.

It also has a great power in any kind of cohesive groups, as barriers, gaps and hot spots. Interpersonal relationships, can help to build a non-hostile and friendly atmosphere of camaraderie. Thus, when a group shares a joke or a funny situation, it becomes more united and tasks are made more effective if it is a team. Finally, humor helps to overcome loneliness and isolation.
