Therapy to improve health with humor

It is already known: if a person has a sense of humor, laughs at life has been proven that laughter provides a range of health benefits. For example: reduce stress, tends to stimulate T-lymphocyte antibodies that fight infection and stimulates production of endorphins, substances that raise the morale and act as natural painkillers in the body.

Conversely, those with a pessimistic attitude toward life and constant bad mood are more susceptible to illnesses like colds and digestive problems.

In addition, laughter and good humor act positively on mental health by reducing negative emotions and enhance the general welfare of the individual.
