Techniques against insomnia to sleep

The position of the bed in the room is critical. We know all the cultures of the world, but has been forgotten by people today. The head should be directed towards the Pole and the feet should be in the direction of Ecuador. The magnetism of the Earth affects the human being who is so sensitive to it as it is the compass. For this reason, the bed should not be in opposition to the magnetic attraction.

Essential oils
Some oils have a powerful sedative and induce sleep in a natural way. When insomnia seizes you, rub your body with a pure oil, flower or herb. The rosemary and roses give excellent results. After the rubbing, wrap in a sheet and cover with warm blankets. Lie down and stay that way for 15 or 20 minutes. Then, take a warm bath and then lie down immediately.

Immersion Baths
Essential oils also give excellent results when used in immersion baths, although the excess heat from the water can destroy some of its qualities. The rosemary and roses will let you relax in an appropriate manner, as are orange and lavender. Place a few drops of any of them in water, but do so only after the tub is filling. If placed before it is full, the effect will be smaller because the time of contact with water they will lose some of their valuable qualities. To enhance the effect of the bath, you can use a combination of different oils instead of one.

Scented pillows
Pillows with herbs are widely used in the field to combat different ailments such as asthma, colds and liver problems. Also ideal for overcoming insomnia.

Herb tea

Many herbs are used to overcome insomnia. Among the most common are Melissa, celery (seed), the hops, passionflower, valerian, the Pasiflora, the yarrow, the pulley and lime.
Take a big spoonful of the chosen infusion and pour it on fourth, liter of boiling water. Cover bowl and let sit until the infusion is warm. Drink in that time. If you want to sweeten, do so only with honey. It should drink one hour before bedtime.

Release of negative energy
During the day we loaded with all kinds of energy, both positive and negative. When we go to sleep, excessive negative energy balance may prevent sleep. City residents have little chance to download these energies for the simple reason that they are in contact with soil.
