What are the wrongs?

The wrongs are uterine contractions that occur after birth for three or four days and almost always in multipara, ie women who have already had another son.

With these spasms, which usually increases in intensity when nursing (the release of a hormone called oxytocin), the uterus is slowly returning to normal size. These pains have no importance and, if severe, can be relieved with mild analgesics.
